Allows a company to transfer an employee from its foreign branch to its South African operation. Valid for 4 years and non-renewable.

Available for immediate family members (first or second degree of kinship) of South African citizens or permanent residents. Duration and conditions depend on the relationship and proof of financial support.

For spouses/life partners of valid visa holders or South African citizens/permanent residents. Does not grant work rights unless specified (see Section 11(6)).

Extends your stay in South Africa to accompany a child or parent who holds a valid visa.

For foreign entrepreneurs wanting to open or invest in a business in South Africa. Requires R5 million in funding brought from abroad. Waivers can be applied for if the amount is less. DTI endorsement is required.

One-year visa for participating in approved exchange programs in South Africa.

Extended exchange program visa for stays of 18 to 24 months in South Africa.

Visa allowing voluntary work in South Africa, with extension options up to 3 years.

A visitor's visa for foreign spouse's or life partners of South African citizens or permanent residence holders. First activity to accompany spouse/life partner, secondary activity to work or self-employment

Visa to live in South Africa while working remotely for a foreign employer.
